まぁ、ただいま。ってか、昨日（14日）には帰ってきてたんですけどね。


いやぁ、高いよ。

家賃とか敷金とか共益費とか。

想像以上…。


今回は2つの県で家探しをしてきました。

一つは福岡市内からちょっとはずれまで。

もう一つは福岡県よりの佐賀県。


福岡県民になるか佐賀県民になるのか。
いろいろと悩んで、結構な部屋を見させてもらって、もう足パンパン…。


よくよく考えると、この土地で今一年半くらい。
ここ数年、同じ場所に数年とどまった記憶が無い…。

大学の卒業してから、ほぼ1年くらいであちらこちら。
まぁ、数回ですが。

希望条件をあらかじめ伝えておいて、不動産屋に行ったのと、あとは飛び込みでいったんだけど、結構僕の出す条件が厳しいものらしく、なかなかピンポイントでくる部屋がなかったです。
3ヶ月でもしかしたら。ってこともあるから、もうここから天神まで通ってやろうかと思ったくらいで。

でもねぇ、思ったよりも福岡市内って家賃高いのよ。
まぁ、今住んでるところが安すぎって話もあるけど…。


なんかワンルーム（１R,1kあたり）で、4,5万くらい出すのが高く感じてしまって…。
それだったら、ちょっと広くして、場所遠くして同じくらいの値段を出す方がいいなぁ。って思ったり。

でも簡単に場所を遠くするわけにもいかず、とりあえずある程度近場を探してみるもやっぱ高い。
地下鉄沿線だからなのかなぁ。
結構便利だと思うから、それなりに高いんでしょうな。
でも、結構都心から離れたつもりだったんですがねぇ。

天神まで乗り換えなしでいけるとこは高いのか、地下鉄開通で高くなったのか。


でもやっぱり今の所と比べてしまうから、どれもあんまり満足いくものがなかったり…。


結局…。


佐賀県民になりました…。

やっぱり家賃と間取りの自由度が高くて、部屋をある程度選べたから。
福岡で探したら結構どの間取りも似たようなもんで。
ロフト（結構あこがれ…）に目が行ったりもしたけど、風呂がせますぎ。とか、新築で部屋はきれいだったけど、建物の周りが汚い。とか。
プラス以上のマイナスが目に付いて…。
いろんな部屋見すぎてるのもあって、結構贅沢になってるんですな…。

まぁ、新しく住む予定（まだ解約可能らしい…）だと、通勤に40分程度かかりますが、結構通勤にそれくらい時間をかけたい派なので…。
40分なら許容範囲といえるでしょう。


帰りが終電に間に合うか微妙ですが…。
まぁ、それも希望の仕事だから大丈夫でしょう。

『みにえつ』、『みゆき譲』といつでも遊びにらっしゃいな(^^ゞ

念願の佐賀県民になったのね。
福岡→名古屋、佐賀→岐阜　みたいな感じかな〜。
shozoの家探しに脱帽。
私はほとんど、営業マンの手の上で転がされマス。
初日で（3件見たぐらいで）落ちます。ダメですね。。
建物の周りとかまで、見ないかも…。あ、ロフトは憧れる。
私は「オートロック」と「1DK」にこだわりました。
結局1Kみたいなもんなんだけど…。
shozoはどんな間取りなんだろう？　気になるな〜。
『みゆき嬢』とも会ってないなぁ。
旅行も兼ねて、行きたいのぉ。3万ぐらいあれば行けるんかな？

結構飛び込みでも親切にいろいろと紹介してくれて、いい感じに探せたよ。
こだわりすぎて、嫌な顔されたところもあったけどね(^^ゞ

うちに新しい間取りかぁ…。
そのうち紹介するよぉ。
来てくれたら一番わかるんだけどねぇ(^^ゞ

飛行機よりも新幹線がいいかもねぇ。
ちょっと時間かかるけど、飛行機より安いんじゃないかなぁ。
あんまり変わらんのかなぁ。
まぁ、まってるよぉ(^^ゞ
